This was my first time staying in Jakarta, especially in the GBK area, which is right inside a mall. It was very impressive, as everything was easy to find, strategically located, and comfortable. Especially if you ask for a room with a city view, the view is truly breathtaking. I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and warm. Most importantly, it was very easy to get to Istora within walking distance. So, when I got home late at night from watching the Badminton Indonesia Open, I could just walk to the hotel and rest right away without having to scramble for an online motorcycle taxi. Thank you.

My first time at this hotel. It's a luxury hotel, but they often have promotional prices. There's a swimming pool, gym, cool air conditioning, and friendly staff. The service is excellent. We asked the customer service at IG Hotel about charging our electric car, and the staff responded promptly. Thank you to the security team, especially the chief, Mr. Mus, who welcomed us with open arms. Five thumbs up. If you want to go to Blok M, you're just a short walk across the street, hehe.

They knew we were going to a concert at GBK area and told us the shortest way without us asking. Highlights: I asked for some additional water, and they came so fast. Price: worth your money. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. They made things very easy for us. My husband fainted in the garden, and the staff immediately helped us with a wheelchair, first aid kit, and helped us check out. The staff were all Super Special level, from the receptionist, security, and cleaning staff—everyone was exceptional. 👍👍👍

I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.
