Overall, my stay at Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon was very good. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well-located. The breakfast was tasty with good variety. Special thanks to the staff, especially Alan and Sri, who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips.

FO was so friendly (all the staff actually), even she was so kind to upgrade our room ☺. This hotel is soo family friendly, a lot of physical activities for children, too bad I didn't bring my swimsuit, so that I couldn't join the excitement of aqua zumba 😁. Will be stay here again for sure!!

Gonna be back to this hotel for sure. We had a great staycation. We experienced kid-friendly, good food, and an easy access hotel in town. The room is very clean, the staffs are very fast response. There is a mall nearby, local night culinary available in this hotel with affordable price. Very nice breakfast, so many choices from western to local culinary such as: nasi jamblang, empal gentong, jamu, salad, fried rice, pop corn, cake & candy, bread, cereal, porridge, juice, coffee, & many more. Additional breakfast for kids: Rp 62.500 (for children 3 - 11 y.o). Swimming pool opens 6 a.m - 6 p.m. Very clean, the staff clean it in the morning before used. There is bubble shower at 9 a.m. Kids are very happy 😊

Our stay was truly wonderful! The hotel is very family-friendly and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
There are plenty of activities for kids, which made it easy for the whole family to have fun and relax. It’s the perfect place if you're traveling with children—they definitely won’t get bored!

This hotel is really a great hotel! My child really enjoyed staying in this hotel and he said he won't go home because it's too much comfy for him. There's a bread cafe that he likes a lot, the bathtub is comfy for children, and yes! There's a TV with Netflix on it so my child is really happy staying here. Will come here soon for sure! Thank you

Nice and polite staff, the ac working greatly, clean-ish room, the lift kinda scary though because it looks old and about to break anytime soon. also the karaoke or bar so noisy, you could hear the music from 1st to 3rd floor, so you better ask for higher floor. would love to stay there for my next trip to cirebon.

First time staying here, 1 night. Satisfied.
When I arrived early, the security guard was quick to help me park and direct me to check in.
Receptionist, fast check in at set time. KTP deposit. Can be helped to change the mattress type if still available.
Access to the room is an elevator. In the room, the AC is functioning normally. Clean.
Bathroom. There is a new mat, two pairs of towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot and cold water is on. The exhaust is on, so there is no smell.
Breakfast. Got a buffet at the restaurant. Choice of 3 carbohydrates, 1 protein, 2 types of vegetables, 2 types of fruit. Great
After breakfast, go to the mini swimming pool which is open from 7-10 am and the mini gym.
The check out process is fast.
