We had a very nice stay at this hotel. From the lobby to the room was smell so good. The room is excellent with good modern interior design, huge space, and clean. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque view from our Grand Deluxe Room is perfect. The staff are helpful. Thanks to mba Heni - reservation staff, who is very nice and helpful to arrange our connecting room request. Great place to stay whenever you visit Solo, very recomended👍

It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

We stayed for 2 nights, the location is strategic, easy to find because it is on the main road, we can take a walk to malls across the hotel (Pakuwon & The Park), there is a famous pizza dining place in the hotel area too, the room is clean, the hall is clean, the toilet is clean, comfortable to sleep here, will surely come back here again. I had a very pleasant stay at Nata Azana Solo. The location is super strategic — easy to access and close to many local attractions. The room was spacious and clean, which made it really comfortable. I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.
