Comfortable room, balcony can be opened, hot water is running smoothly, the room is more soundproof, the staff is helpful. There is only one elevator, the elevator button B won't work, the TV remote battery needs to be replaced, the YouTube channel logs out automatically, switching to Netflix.

The staff are all friendly and communicative, including the receptionist, security, and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. Luckily, on August 22nd, we were on the 8th floor, so the view was fantastic. All the amenities in the room are great; I'd love to stay here again someday. The food in the restaurant is also quite delicious.

I was able to check in early with the help of the front desk staff, booked through the app. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 PM. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Solo 🥰
