For a family-friendly hotel experience, this is the perfect choice. The welcome drink and snacks are excellent, and there's live music and a drink in the lobby on weekends. The prices are also reasonable compared to hotel prices. The swimming pool is also safe for children. The beds are soft. The lobby also has a cafe, making it a great place to hang out.

I felt at home on my first day at this hotel. It's close to everything, including the BST bus stop, so I could try out the BST bus service. It's also close to tourist attractions, the Press Museum, the Mangkunegaran Palace, and even Triwindu Market, which is within walking distance. The cleanliness is exceptional. I'll be staying another night next time.

Pros: • Excellent Service: From the receptionist, bellboys (luggage delivery crew), to security, everyone was friendly and very helpful. • Facilities & Access: Strategic location, easy access, and a very spacious parking area. Check-in and check-out were very fast. • Breakfast Menu: The food was generally delicious and varied (although the chicken porridge could be improved). • Responsiveness: When I complained about slightly musty towels, the staff quickly replaced them. Notes to Management (Minuses): 1. Room Odor: Upon entering, there was an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of food residue, that lingered even after a night's stay. Please pay attention to air circulation or use an air purifier. 2. Room Condition: The curtains are in poor condition due to holes. Please replace them immediately. 3. Door Facilities: The room I stayed in didn't have a doorbell. Since I booked two rooms (for my parents and me), it was a bit difficult to call because I had to bang on the thick door, which hurt my fingers. Please consider installing a doorbell.

I didn't expect this hotel to be this cool, the price per night I got was 500 thousand + breakfast after Eid, from the cleanliness of the room, the aesthetics are like a hotel that costs 800 thousand - 1 million per night... Next time I will come back again, excellent.

This is actually a comfortable hotel, as I've stayed here before before it became the FIM Hotel. I'm also a repeat customer at Hotel Zigna. However, they ran out of rooms at Zigna yesterday, which is why I chose FIM. I received poor service from check-in. I checked in at 4 p.m., and the room should have been ready, especially since check-in is at 2 or 3 everywhere. It should have been ready at 4 p.m., and it wasn't ready yet. The staff told me to wait 20 minutes for check-in because the room was being prepared. The staff offered me a ready room, but they charged me 50,000 Rupiah per night in cash! It doesn't make sense, of course, because it's high season because of Eid. The staff also lacked hospitality. The pool staff were especially lacking in hospitality. And when I checked out, I wasn't given any compensation for the late check-out, even 1. It's not like they were given any reason for the high season.
