The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

It was a great experience. Stayed here for few days during my home renovation. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and they clean it in daily basis. I asked for extra chair as we needed to WFH during the stay, and they provided it. The foods were amazing; Plenty, varies, and taste good. The location is strategic. It is also connected to Dharmawangsa Square so you can eat, go to salon or buy snacks at Ranch Market. There is also Bebek Goreng Pak Joko Putera nearby which you should try!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great view from the room, excellent service, nice rooftop bar and splash pool, tasty breakfast, everything was good, strategic location in South Jakarta (close to 3 big malls; Pondok Indah, Lippo Mall Kemang, Pejaten Village). Definitely recommend this hotel.

I love this place. This is one of the best apartments you can get around Jakarta. I love the way they placed the bed, desk, even the smoking area. All of their staffs are kind and polite. You will enjoy the scenery and the room ambience. I am one of their happy-customers.

Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. Thank you Sotis hotel, see you on another staycation.

Spending my 2nd birthday staycation at Sutasoma Hotel was a great choice🥳💛. Everything inside the hotel is exactly like what they've advertised. And I think it's even better! Top notch services with friendly staffs. Literally only 2 mins from MRT blok a station, with many restaurant & cafe around. Nice touch of modern Javanese interior design. Fast WiFi for work & streaming, I was even able to upgrade my 2 gadgets OS at the same time. The best part is… their bedroom! Once you lied down, you would've wished to stay there forever 😂🤣. For me Sutasoma Hotel is definitely one of the best 4 stars hotel in Jakarta. I really wish to go back there sooner but it's often fullbooked now. No wonder why ya😆

Pejaten Valley Residence

Relaxing 2BR Apartment Royal Olive Residence

First came the security guard confused, looking for the unit key even though it was 4 pm, after finding the key it turned out the key could not be used. For 15 minutes I was confused. Then someone approached me and gave me the key, then put on the sheet too. Crazy huh, that was 4 am, especially since I arrived right on time at 2 am? Then the electricity kept going out about 5 times during my stay there. Then there were no mirrors at all except in the bathroom, no wifi, cable TV and the next day I had to check out on time even though the electricity kept going out. Not fun at all.
