My wife and I stayed 3 nights in the hotel along with our son and daughter-in-law who were married outside of Manado and held the reception at 4 points. It was a very enjoyable stay - the facilities were outstanding and the staff were just wonderful, nothing was a bother to them - we felt very welcome and will stay again on our next visit to Manado. The hotel was really good, I was given a room that was upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional cost, the staff helped me check in an hour earlier than check-in time, and when I was about to check out, I was offered breakfast that could be taken to the airport even though check-out was at 3 am, and there was no deposit at all.

Hotel is very good, it's just a walking distance with a shopping centre which literally full of amnesties. Hotel staffs are really friendly and also can communicate well in English so it's really helpful when you are from abroad and would like to feel like home. Foods are good even adding more varieties would be much more appreciated. The hotels room service also fast response, you can get a cup of coffee as quick as you wanted too and as for the meal, it tasted really good. Rooms are wide and clean, couldn't ask for more. Thank you for the hospitalities, you guys are the gem in a treasure island (Manado!) Kita baku dapa lagi yo!
