I've been a regular every time I go to Batam, I always stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. I can request an early check-in, as I usually check out early in the morning depending on the flight/ship schedule for my next destination. Yesterday, the refrigerator wasn't cold, but after I told the owner, they immediately replaced it. It's great. I'll definitely come back here again in the future. 😍

A very comfortable, clean hotel, the room area is quite spacious, the staff are friendly, the food is also delicious according to taste, I have been a regular at staying here when I go to Batam.
