Hotels and Accommodation near K.I.N.G

The location is near to Batam Center, but can be noisy because of the night life outside the hotel. The pillows were smelly, but the staff were friendly and changed them. The Wi-Fi is terrible. I had to sit in the lobby amidst smoking patrons to use my computer. The hotel permits smoking in a part of the lobby, which is atypical of a modern hotel.

Good ambiance. Best for short getaway!

Not like usual hotel I stayed, this hotel requires IDR 300,000 refundable deposit. Please prepare for that before you check-in. I stayed in a connecting room which is good if you bring your whole family. And the room is pretty big for twin bed! Love it

Water heater no functioning and the room light not bright.

Cheap prices, clean, although in housing but close if you want the highway, unfortunately there is no hot water facilities.

The owners of Zein House are friendly, the rooms are clean, the place is comfortable to rest.

They give me 4th floor, tired to climb. There is cockroach in front of the room door and bathroom. Shower was too less. Dirty bed sheet and smelly rooms. They charge me early check in too much 20 %.

I have confirmed with those who have boarding houses at the location, there are no room rentals via Traveloka, how could Traveloka miss something like this, didn't the Traveloka admin check it?
