We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 4 days during my family trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

Cleanroom, good health protocol, clean swimming pool, a wide range of breakfast variety and delicious too but I think my favorite beef sausage was no longer served. That's OK though. Top-notch food. The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

Good price and good quality. Recommended for those who need cheap accommodation and near to UNAIR campus.

Friendly service and very clean cleanliness.

First time staying here and I'm 100% satisfied with the hotel services and facilities. I've been late to check in and they gave me a free upgrade to apartment type room which is much better than the room I've booked. The location is good, the room is clean, and it's very recommended to revisit for a business trip or just a holiday. Love it!!!

Clean, comfortable, neat parking.

This is the first time we stay at Mandiri Mansion. We are surprise that the room is large and cozy. While we pay with reasonable price, we can get nice room. Thank you MM🙏
