4 Stars Hotels in Mulyorejo, Surabaya

The staff is good. But they don't have a car registry note and only have 1 person who can drive, so if there is a problem with another guest's car, we have to wait for them to call every room 1 by 1. The AC took forever to get cold. I am back at the hotel and turn on the AC from 7.40 pm and it just starts to get fresh around 3 am. The shower room is dirty, there are these yellow things on the tiles and basically a wet bathroom because there is nothing but a piece of gordyn between shower area and toilet. Which makes the water splash everywhere. The shower hole is dirty or something, the water couldn't go out perfectly. So it is more like a regular faucet than a shower. They also say that there is hot water, but in my room, there is none. I try to switch the knob and everything but the best to come is only normal temperature water. Really, for a place with this big Mandiri name? It's a shame.
