The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and each room had a window, so it wasn't stuffy. All the electronics were working, including cable TV, a cold AC, a bathroom fan, and a water heater. The breakfast was delicious, enough to fill your stomach, especially the fried bananas, which were delicious, crispy, and sweet. It was simply amazing.

The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the swimming pool is nice, making the children happy so they feel at home swimming and want to stay longer at this hotel. I only just had the chance to give a review, but I'm really satisfied! With its affordable price, the gift of the Jember hotel is really worth it. The room is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly. We also got breakfast, but unfortunately, our family had to leave early so we didn't get to enjoy it. But I don't regret staying here at all. Highly recommended for those looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in Jember!
