The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Icha who helped me during the initial check-in process. She explained the facilities in the hotel area and in the room. The room is clean, there is a pool, there is a bathroom for rent, so I feel more at home staying here. The place is really cozy. For the Ciputat area, this is the best hotel, and there are always hotel promotions every day.

All the amenities are complete, the rooms smell nice and clean, and the swimming pool is refreshing. Most impressively, the staff is incredibly friendly and the vibe is warm.
