The location is very strategic, connected to the BXC mall. Inside the mall there are many activities for children, starting from the BXSea aquarium, ice skating at BXrink, and playgrounds like Funworld, etc. The service is very good, upon check-in they gave me cookies and a drink. I checked in at midnight because I came from the airport, and was given a late check-out until 2 pm. The room is very spacious, a standard room for 2 adults and 2 children is very spacious.

I've stayed at the Santika BSD Hotel several times. It's top notch👍. It's close to the mall, just go downstairs and you'll find Teras Kota Mall. It was a really enjoyable family staycation here. There's a swimming pool, a mini playground, the kids were happy, it's easy to access, and it's close to Aeon. This is my third stay here and I've never been disappointed. Good job Ramada by Wyndham.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and responsive. The room was very clean, tidy, and cool. What made it even more enjoyable was the proximity to a 24-hour convenience store, a coffee shop, and Nasi Goreng Nusantara (Indonesian Fried Rice). Absolutely fantastic.
