Staying for a family short escape/staycation. Me, my wife, and our 3 children were really happy. They got plenty of activities, a kid warm pool, playground, and mini zoo. Breakfast had many options and various menus suitable for kids. Will come back for sure.

The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

Strategically located near RS Hasan Sadikin and around some of legendary culinary places (Iga Bakar Si Jangkung). With some extra steps, within walking distance, you can also reach Cihampelas area. The room is spacious, even with twin beds, there’s still abundant space. The ambiance is calm. The bathroom is quite clean with great showers plus hot water. Arrived when it was already dark. There's a carpark attendant helping to inform us on where we can park our car as hotel guests. Checking in was easy. We needed to deposit Rp50.000 (for hotel key) and the money was returned in full when we checked out and returned the key card. Overall hotel lobby ambience is nice and clean. We love it. Our room was on the first floor, and it's nice and relatively clean (dusty a bit on the table). Hot water system, air-con, everything worked well. Tea and coffee, 2 bottles of mineral water (plus electric kettle) were provided. The latest time to check out is 1pm, otherwise an extra day is charged. Breakfast option was good, and the food was 7.5/10. We tried eating at the cafe for dinner. Pasta was 7/10. Char Kway Teow was 6/10 (soggy and a little too salty). We tried the Ramadhan Meal, and it was 7/10. We had it delivered for dining in our room. When food was delivered to our room, we could pay using our bank's debit card on the spot (informed them of our choice of payment). Would we recommend this hotel? Yes.

The staff was very friendly. I got a free upgrade because the room I booked was unavailable. There is a problem with our AC, but they tried to resolve it quickly and moved us to a new room when they couldn’t fix the AC. The location was perfect, it is in the middle of the city and near Ciwalk. The parking area was spacious.

Had a great experience during our short weekend vacation in bandung. The staffs are very helpful, easy check in and check out. The room was clean and quite spacious. The location is strategic, we can take a walk to ciwalk. Upnormal and mangkok manis just a walk away from the hotel. Overall it was a great stay.

The room was totally spacious and you will find yourself comfortable in this hotel. I'd suggest you to bring someone if you got a plan to stay here due to the size of its bedroom felt to big to be alone. I am completely satisfied!
