One of my favorite hotels in Makassar for staycations. Very clean, the food tastes good, friendly staff, and the rooms are clean and cozy.

Superb location and the hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Room was always clean and neat. The best part is that Makassar doesn’t have many hotels that provided good breakfast we chose Melia for its exceptional breakfast. The pool not so good overall great hotel.

Bismillah, if I may suggest, other than 19th floor other room was comfortable and had nice view for me, I was on 15, 19&11, I hardly had good sleep due to noise coming from 20th floor(squeaky sound of chairs etc). Hence book other than 19th and you ll be fine InsyaaAllah. I had great time staying here. the staff were pretty accomodating to my requests (i specifically requested to have female staff for room cleaning and laundry whenever they were available, and Alhamdulillaah they managed to fulfill it), Thankyou, Jazakumullah Khair 🙏🏽. the gym and the pool were amazing. the food was delicious. I originally planned to stay for 5 nights and moved to other hotel but ended up extending my stay for another 7nights, it started to feel like home I guess😂. I love the fragrance whenever I entered the lobby, it got me into thinking "oh am in Melia". I know it's hard sometimes, but smiling really can make people's day. Senyuman dapat membuka segala kebaikan. Terimakasih untuk senyuman dan kesabaran kalian.🤗. Keep up the good work!. Semangat. I hope this review helps. Recommended.

This hotel is a perfect hotel for family vacation. My little kids love the bedroom and the swimming pool. And for my teenagers love the roof top restaurant. And all of that we would like say thank you for all the Melia staff for your hospitality.

Good experience staying at The Level Room. Just a little input, maybe the variety of drinks for cocktail night at the lounge should be improve in the future. The staff at the lounge also very nice. Excellent services.

Strategic location, poor service in my opinion as a suite room user, there are only 2 lifts and frequent maintenance, but I like the room and also for the restaurant, the menu variations for breakfast/sahur are very limited and the taste isn't worth the price.
