We stayed in a junior suite. It was a spacious room for families, and we received a complimentary cake upon check-in, which our children loved. The view was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Even when we checked out, we left something behind and were able to retrieve it. Thank you, Melia hotel management. The best hotel among a total of 4 hotels that we booked in Makassar for a month. The staff of the front desk, Mas Erwin, is the best, also with Mbak Angel. Instead of being hard to the guest, they provided all complete information and available options for us from the type of room, the upgrade, the booking payment, the extendable, and everything. The condition of the room is exactly the same as from the photos, and the breakfast buffet menu is so delicious and varied. I will definitely come back to this hotel with my husband when we’re in Makassar.

Strategically located in the city center, but parking is limited, so you'll usually have to park across the street from the hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable, though not particularly spacious. There's a gym and swimming pool. The restaurant offers a fairly extensive menu.
