Mercure Kuta, thank you!! Wow, I was able to get the Nyepi opportunity here, very memorable! Location: in front of Kuta Beach, walk to Beachwalk, watch the ogoh-ogoh on foot, near the mart. Parking: got a spot in front, easy access. Food: during Nyepi ate at the hotel twice and it was okay. Room: got an upgrade to a sea view. Swimming pool: sea view, okay, clean. Cleanliness: okay. Staff: friendly. Wifi during Nyepi was also okay. The sunset was perfect and on Nyepi night there were lots of stars. Oh yeah, try the spa here too, it's fun with the sea view and the sound of the waves in the background. Ahh, so cool! See you again, Mercure Kuta, big thanks! :-)

The location is unbeatable, right across from Kuta Beach and walking distance to shops, cafes, and beach bars. Watching the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool was a highlight every evening. Our room was clean, cozy, and had a partial ocean view, which was a lovely touch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful with anything we needed. The hotel itself feels peaceful despite being in the heart of busy Kuta, which was perfect for both relaxation and fun. Highly recommend it for couples looking for a romantic yet convenient stay in Bali.

The room is okay, the swimming pool is still okay, the wifi is good, the breakfast lacks variety... The toiletries are a bit less okay, the toothpaste uses paper, if possible, replace it.

Comfortable hotel with very close access to Kuta beach..beautiful mall. Beachwalk mall is quite close by. It has a nice pool to enjoy the sunset. There are many laundry facilities and minimarkets around the hotel.

Conveniently located to enjoy the beach which is just across the hotel, staff are friendly when I checked in a bit early. I was able to walk to all things I wanted to do, buy shirts, enjoy a beach walk early morning, local sea food.

the hotel located in the heart of Kuta, directly facing the beach with many hotel, club, restaurant and cafe along the area, close to mall also with all in walking distance. The staff is friendly and nice, they upgraded our room, it's clean and even surrounded by clubs the noise in the room is stil acceptable. complete amenities and comfort bed in overall it was a nice stay
