The breakfast was delicious and varied. The room phone was dead, so I had to go downstairs to get it fixed. It should have been checked immediately after check-in.
The bathroom glass was peeling. Care must be taken when turning the faucet slowly in the shower area, and the glass door must not be closed immediately. If the shower head is turned on too hot, it can burn you if it hits your body and the glass is hot.
The hot faucet in the sink also requires care, as the handle gets hot when held.
The trash can was broken, making it difficult to empty; you had to open it manually.

It's so comfortable staying at Midtown Residence Surabaya, I've probably stayed here almost 10 times every time I visit Surabaya. From the Studio type rooms to the Fabulous type. It's very comfortable with all the facilities, the room & bed are big, there's also a lot of storage! The bathroom amenities are also complete. The staff are friendly & helpful too! The hotel staff is very friendly and very fast, the best!! The room is clean and complete. I happened to stay in a fabulous king bed. The kitchen is complete. It's just a shame the refrigerator wasn't cold enough and the soundproofing is actually good, but the room next door seemed to be having a party with young people so you could hear the screams and dak duk dak duk. Overall, it's very comfortable.

I've been here four times, always staying for two days.
Just today, my child was asked for an additional fee.
Yesterday, my child ate breakfast for free. Why was I asked for an additional fee today? Even though my child ate from my portion and didn't take his own portion.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very fast, the best!! The room is clean and complete. I happened to stay in a fabulous king bed. The kitchen is complete. It's just a shame the refrigerator wasn't cold enough and the soundproofing is actually good, but the room next door seemed to be having a party with young people so you could hear the screams and dak duk dak duk. Overall, it's very comfortable.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and our requests were taken care of.
However, perhaps free Netflix could be added and the gym could be given more attention, as some of the equipment is unusable and has been turned into children's toys.
