Breakfast for a room rate of 1.4 million Rupiah. Cappuccino wasn't included, even though milk was provided for breakfast, just mix it with the coffee. And the black coffee was very weak. Check-in was requested for 12 noon, but it wasn't ready until 2:30 PM.

This is not the first time we stay at Pesona Alam. I think it was several years ago when we stayed at Pesona Alam. The hotel is still in good condition like it used to be. They do good hotel maintenance. The location is near Taman Safari, local food, and has a good nature surrounding the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me and my family.

Stayed for 2 days. This is a child-friendly hotel with lots of entertainment spots for kids. The only downside is that the room was a bit noisy due to the proximity of the construction site.

I'm very disappointed regarding: - The light in front of the kitchen door is out. When I called a technician, it took two calls and then they replaced it. This is a very urgent matter. - There's a 10 cm thick concrete slab in front of the kitchen door, measuring 1 m. This is very dangerous if you trip, especially since there was no lighting (the light was out). - The TV in the bedroom won't turn on (it's just for decoration).

The service staff is friendly, clean, the AC is cold, and the pool is cool. However, yesterday I requested a room upstairs, but it didn't happen even though I checked in early and had to wait a long time, even though others had already checked in. The reason was because I requested mirror art, so it wasn't finished yet, and when I arrived, there was no mirror art. So I was confused about what to wait for. The front door light looked like it was about to fall off because the glue was coming off. The balcony light was dim. I couldn't tap my card for a while, as it turned out the battery was dead, so I had to inform the technician. But overall, the view was amazing. The breakfast was complete and plentiful. The pearl porridge was the best I've ever had. The highlight is dim sum, and sushi, so it's guaranteed to be delicious because of the wide variety of menu items.

The location can be reached via alternative routes or the Puncak highway. The service is excellent. When my villa had a leaking AC and a broken hair dryer, the complaints were quickly addressed. So far, so good. Next time I have the chance, I'd like to stay at least two nights. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful.

The service is really messed up, my kids and I went to the playground from the villa late, it was hot. I was disappointed that I called an hour ago to ask for a buggy car and it wasn't picked up. Enough and no more, thanks
