Very impressive stay. Though the minifridge in the room was a bit noisy, and the blinds for the bathroom windows operated from the outside (!?) the comfortable bed, awesome huge bathtub and great amenities made for an excellent stay. The breakfast was nice, though it would've been nicer if we knew what can be ordered (not full buffet due to COVID presumably) rather than having to find out by what other guests are getting. The restaurant near the beach is awesome and plenty of pools around to find one to your liking. Location is also great in Sanur near a whole bunch of great restaurants of all nationalities. Definitely recommended for a relaxing holiday.

Had a great time staying here, particularly the breakfast with the seaside view, the room was always cozy, the staffs were always pleasant and very helpful, plenty of facilities to use from cycling, canooing, swimming, to simply strolling around the beach.

The surroundings near the resort is good. There is popular minimart which is quite well stocked with different varieties of local as well as international products. There are also some small convenient stores nearby & few shops offering laundry services as well. You can also go to a number of spa places to have your massages which also offers beauty services. The staffs at the resort are very courteous & ever ready to attend to your needs immediately. The breakfast variety is also good. What I like best is the beach restaurant. The ambience there is lovely! There are also tables set outside next to the beach for those who prefer to have their meal overlooking the sea. They have also placed some reclining chairs & beanbags at the beach area for you to relax & laze there. I observe that they have also employed security to keep watch around the beach area. My only disappointment is the room. I booked a beach wing room with 2 single beds. Upon checking in, I was told that my room booking has been upgraded to the Santrian club room. However I was given a room with a double bed. Even though it was meant to be "better" than my beach wing room, I was disappointed that I didn't get anything which I have indicated in my booking. Basically I was just given whatever that was available. However they made the effort to at least change my room to another with 2 single beds. I didn't like the room though as the interior was too old & the wooden deco had a musky smell which irritated my nose. When I'm in the room, I tend to sneeze & I suspect the old wood deco with it's musky smell (& possibly dust mite!) is the cause for my allergy.

Heaven on earth is the best phrase to describe Puri Santrian. I got room which was just 50 meters away to ocean from my room. However, I still got the garden view in front of my room and 5 meters away few pools. The staffs were so friendly and polite. The food and beverage in the beach club were fantastic! It was just perfect place for your precious holiday.

We arrived at the hotel on Friday 23, I booked for Club room type for 3 days. There are 4 of us, including 6yo child. Babysitter. Me and my wife, first of all I surprised they ask for id/ktp from all of us, this never happen before as far as I travel in Indonesia. May be the hotel rules, but just for your info. This is annoying. Then they told that the room for two guest. My child cannot enter the room because I don't mention in my booking. Oh my God. 6yo kid? That's why we book for suite club room, we can ask for extra bed at check in later. Why the hotel blamed us for the number of person in app? What surprised me more. They offered superior room with extra money and compliment for my child. Is this really a way of hotel business?. Then they told me. That I can't refund my money from online agent on d day. What the f*. This is not about money. I've been in Bali since 18 Dec. Just info: I strongly don't recommend this hotel for family or couple to spend the holiday. I cancelled the check in. Lose all 6.9 million. The reception look happy with smile to let me go. I moved to other hotel. Great reception, good service. And the important thing they don't treat us like Puri.

Great beachside resort! Three different pools to choose from, lots of cozy nooks for tanning and direct access to the beach. Just outside the property, plenty of shops and cafes to frequent. Spacious rooms and decent sized terraces for lounging. Perfect for couples and families, accessible for wheelchairs too.
