the buffet breakfast were not tasty. the shower water flew very slowly in the room . the room was old and not clean. the room was noisy at night, one of the reasons was that the fridge in the room was old so it made high noise. The beach and swimming pools were good, the overall interior of the hotel (including the outdoor parts) were good and beautiful. They invited us for a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe but they only gave us very bad-conditioned and not tasty pastry.

我們在峇里島最後一晚的選擇，這家鬧中取靜的飯店附近就是沙努最熱鬧地區域，用餐前逛了一下飯店發現最棒的是海邊黃昏的美景，是一週巴里島上住宿最滿意的，早餐泳池旁環境讓人很放鬆，在沙灘椅休息一下..都不想離開飯店了。

Good location, great adults only pool (not much sun on sunlounges) breakfast is just OK, nothing special. Staff are wonderful. Gym is great, Yoga is advanced and available 7.00 am everyday.
Not far to walk to view sunrise.
I would stay again.

朝食メニューは豊富で毎日楽しめました。
ただ、毎回出てくるコーヒーが薄くお湯みたいなのがガッカリポイントです。
部屋のACの調節が難しく消すと暑い、点けると寒いで風量調節もできず大変でした。
のんびりするにはとても良いホテルです

We just got back from staying at this villa on our trip. Even before got there the host was very nice and responsive. Then the moment we got there till the time we left all the staff were helpful, wonderful and outstanding. The place was exactly the way it is shown on their site. Our meals were made completely fresh. We would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely come back. Thank you again! :)

Amazing place to stay, staff were soo helpful and welcoming. The place is spectacular and and beautiful. Food is delicious and the room is roomy and clean. Definitely returning again and highly recommended.

Fabulous rooms always clean. Staff wonderful and so very patient and obliging (Yuli in particular). Porter/customer service guy also put a diffuser in room. Over and above and greatly appreciated. Breakfast varied and all perfect. Aircon great. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Our first trip to Bali, and I really enjoyed this area. Good choices of restaurants around and the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the grounds are kept so tidy by all the gardeners. We really enjoyed the adult section (Club Santrian) so there were no kids running about. Would have been nice to have drinks and snacks served to us during the day in that area.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was amazing, including a breakfast buffet with so many choices. Beach restaurant included bar service. Evening entertainment at bar restaurant. Bicycles available for guests to borrow. Gym facility available to all guests. Spa with many options reasonably priced. Gardens were beautiful. Several pools to choose from. A little piece of Bali Paradise.
