Very impressive stay. Though the minifridge in the room was a bit noisy, and the blinds for the bathroom windows operated from the outside (!?) the comfortable bed, awesome huge bathtub and great amenities made for an excellent stay. The breakfast was nice, though it would've been nicer if we knew what can be ordered (not full buffet due to COVID presumably) rather than having to find out by what other guests are getting. The restaurant near the beach is awesome and plenty of pools around to find one to your liking. Location is also great in Sanur near a whole bunch of great restaurants of all nationalities. Definitely recommended for a relaxing holiday.

Had a great time staying here, particularly the breakfast with the seaside view, the room was always cozy, the staffs were always pleasant and very helpful, plenty of facilities to use from cycling, canooing, swimming, to simply strolling around the beach.

Great resort at sanur!, found this place by recommend my friends jeremy, it was such a beautiful place, warm front desk an so helpful, the room was absolutely incredible, but the food is standard for breakfast, this hotel has a beautiful access through beach, you can bike/cano also which is delivered by the hotel. great swimming pool

This hotel has a very big garden, 4 swimming pools, they have a direct access to the beach, friendly staff, very clean room and comfortable bed. Very recommended if you wanted to stay in Sanur area.

We had a lovely stay at the adults only premier deluxe section of the resort. The room was spacious, daily cleaned. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended.

The resort external area is beautiful, I felt liked I was at the White Lotus show lol. The staff was great but the room was very average. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the restroom, most likely sewage and unfortunately I found a cockroach in my room which I would not expect for a hotel that costs ~300/night. They were very accommodating when I requested for a late (+1hr) checkout. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Overall I would not recommend or come back.

Loved this property. Great feel from the moment you arrive. Lobby was beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. We had a Santrian Club room, large size room, walk in shower (so not having to step into bath). Loved the fact it was child free space so very peaceful area, great pool. Breakfast was a buffet so lots of choices. Great main pool area with a pool bar if you’re wanting a more social atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again
