A truly comfortable, kids-friendly hotel. There are tons of activities inside the hotel, especially the kids' activities. The staff is amazing, super friendly from check-in, escort to the restaurant area, animal feeding, and dance shows. Wow, my family and I will definitely come back here again. The hotel is really good, the room is spacious, clean, the bed is twin with a queen size bed, you can imagine how big the bed is. The staff is also friendly and fast. The hotel's location is also very strategic, right across from the Batu mayor's official residence, the swimming pool is also clean and well-maintained with a depth level that is just right for children, but maybe a little suggestion, the cafe or ex-cafe around the swimming pool should be tidied up a bit more to make it better, but overall 👍👍👍👍

For just stopping by, this is really good. Even for staying, this hotel is also good. The price is really affordable with really good facilities. The room is clean, doesn't feel cramped, there is no cigarette smell, like the smell of a normal hotel, water can be refilled as much as you like, the room is soundproof so you can sleep really well, the bed is clean and comfortable. The bathroom doesn't smell at all, it's clean and quite spacious too. Access in the city center to go anywhere is really easy, it's also close to Alfamart so if you're hungry at night it's easy to go out to find food. Overall, the value is perfect for that price

Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Best Western Papilio Hotel

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

Monoloog Hotel Surabaya

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
