The staff was fantastic! The hotel was super cute and located in an excellent part of the city. Be ready to enjoy the sites and sounds - a benefit of the location is that there is always something going on, but this means the area is lively late into the night. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and its was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location is amazing, it is SO central to everything from the train station to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The hotel was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the east building which is a separate building from the main building, it’s literally right next door to the main building, but it was fine because they actually upgraded our room. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and called taxis for us when needed. The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to get around on foot. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Wonderful atmosphere and each and every staff member was friendly and attentive, exceptional service. Rooms were comfy and clean. The fact it was in walking distance of all the sights was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

Superb stay at gorgeous historic hotel in Florence! Interior decor is fabulous, bed extremely comfortable, interesting modern art throughout the hotel. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Also incredible location steps away from Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I would 100% stay here again!

The room assigned to me was a real disappointment. It was completely dark, with a window that looked out onto a small, unlit courtyard, from which, among other things, strong kitchen odors were coming up. So in the evening I was going to sleep with the room smelling of fried food and cooking
