I have never had a finer hotel experience. Great room, beautiful property and the nicest and most helpful staff. It was like having family greeting you throughout the day

Das Hotel ist top saniert und könnte nicht zentraler liegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 5. Stock. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig und a nachts, die Straße gereinigt wird, Händler auf und abbauen, ist es recht laut im Zimmer. Ich glaube aber, dass das bei anderen Hotels in der Innenstadt ähnlich ist. Unser Frühstück wurde nicht korrekt berechnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sofort geholfen.

Outstanding hotel. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and most importantly they care about your comfort during your stay and go out of their way for you. The rooftop bar and food service were excellent. Food and drinks were great. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Florence.

Fantastic hotel in heart of historic Florence. Attentive staff, clean and modern amenities.

No air conditioning & we were on the 4th floor. We were told that by law they couldn’t turn on until middle of April . Not sure that should be applied when the weather was unseasonably warmer before the turn ontime ??? We were able to get a fan , only helped a small amount, for the spacious room .

Location location location! We spent 5 days walking Florence and this hotel was 5-15min walk to everything. Keep in mind they are in the heart of everything so it can be a bit noisy with the windows open but with the windows closed it was quiet enough. Our room had a balcony and we loved it. Had breakfast once and it was very good - a lot of food! Highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic location and incredibly helpful staff. Only slight complaint is the noise from yhe rooftop bar at night.

I stayed in a superior room (room 1008). However the room given was situated in an alcove, so that when you open the window is only opens up to a central column area with no view (concrete all sides) - with a view directly into another person's bedroom. Also that central column area is where all the exhaust fumes from kitches rises from it seems - so it was smelling of food and cooking fat smells. So for whole stay i had not only the window closed and shutters closed - making the room incredibly stuffy. So hardly spent time in the room and was outside in Florence. Also cleaning should take place early in morning, on one occasion my room was not ready till 4pm even after mentioning and complaining.

Great location, basically can walk anywhere. Close to shopping and restaurants. Thought A/C was not working, found out the reception staff have temp set and were able to regulate on their end on our last day

Hotel bom mas o quarto era bem pequeno, apertado para 2 adultos e 1 criança. Cafe da manhã estava excelente. A noite passamos muito calor, nao tinha como desligar o aquecedor, ligamos na recepção e disseram que nao poderiam ligar o ar condicionado tambem pois é uma norma na Italia. Bem localizado.

Clean and well located to see the top attractions and shopping in Florence.

This property was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time in Florence. Close walking distance to food, entertainment and all attractions. I would highly recommend this property!
