Great 😃 hotel. It's a great hotel for multiple reasons. It's located almost in front of train station ( Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi train station). Easy to access to everything. The main street is always busy. It's very walkable. We felt safe in the area. The hotel needs some updates , but we don't mind because the location, besides this is a very clean hotel. Excellent price. I definitely recommend it!

Par contre, sachez que l'hébergement se situe au centre-ville de Nantes tout près de la voie ferroviaire, mais le quartier en soit est incroyablement sale de la nuit tombée.
La vue verte la montagne a été plus que jolie mais par contre le trafic et les klaxons se font entendre bien souvent
Nous sommes littéralement à quelques minutes voir moins de 4 minutes de la voie ferroviaire et de la gare. Ce qui a été pour nous un élément formidable pour la location

It was a good hotel for our stay. The hotel was clean and the room was serviced every day including change of towels. Our room was large, air-conditioning in very good condition. Being on the main road, closed to the central train station makes the hotel a bit noisy during the day, but at night it quiets down. No much noise if the windows are closed. It would be nice though if they could provide some glasses or plastic cups for water. The surroundings streetsmay look a bit unkempt and daunting, but despite this we didn't feel unsafe.

cheap central accommadation close to railway station and airport bus and short walk to historic centre, its basic but comfortable, very good value i always stay there when i visit the city, sound proofing isnt great , rooms are clean

I was greeted with my name which was nice after a long journey. The hotel is looking old and dated, its basic and ok. The area around it feels dark and unsafe. At 3am I was woken by a big car crash. I was not driving.

I have never stayed in such a run down hotel such as this. Walls dirt, bathroom in need of urgent repair, I was completely shocked that Expedia offer such a bad hotel.

Hotel che fa del suo meglio e per i prezzi offerti è davvero buono. Purtroppo le stanze sono insonorizzate, gli ospiti sono eccessivamente maleducati (di dubbia provenienza..) urla e rumori ti impediscono di dormire.

Very near to the train station Napoli Centrale and supermarket. I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. So many things to see here, and the location near to the train station is very efficient.
The hotel itself is bit dated but well maintained.

One day before the check-in date, I had an emergency medical problem, but the hotel did not agree to modify the booking dates or to cancel the booking. The hotel has very poor customer care policies.

The hotel is dated, the rooms are not soundproof, appliances are old, many surfaced are stained.Also travellers need to keep in mind that a bunch of homeless people hangs out on the main stree day and night. The description of the property doesn’t match reality at all. I cdid an early checkout as I couldn't stay there, it was away too noisy. The noise was coming from outside and I could hear neighbours watching TV

The hotel was in an excellent position close to the main Naples railway station, which we used on 4 days. The room was kept clean, although we ran out of (very small) toilet rolls on 3 occasions. The doors to the balcony would not open so we could not use it. The hinge to the toilet seat lid broke so we had to leave it up. The soundproofing between rooms was poor. One night an Italian lady had a heated argument over her telephone, which disturbed us for a good half an hour. On another night a cat was wandering up and down the floors, complaining loudly! The receptionist was helpful and rang for a taxi to take us to the airport very early in the morning, which arrived within minutes. Overall, we were happy to stay there.
