Hotel Eden

Very near to the train station Napoli Centrale and supermarket. I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. So many things to see here, and the location near to the train station is very efficient. The hotel itself is bit dated but well maintained.

One day before the check-in date, I had an emergency medical problem, but the hotel did not agree to modify the booking dates or to cancel the booking. The hotel has very poor customer care policies.

It was easy access to train station. Clean room that is charming in an old-style way. Internet connection is a bit weak...but, okay.

The hotel is dated, the rooms are not soundproof, appliances are old, many surfaced are stained.Also travellers need to keep in mind that a bunch of homeless people hangs out on the main stree day and night. The description of the property doesn’t match reality at all. I cdid an early checkout as I couldn't stay there, it was away too noisy. The noise was coming from outside and I could hear neighbours watching TV

Good location, close to the Metro and central Station. Nice lobby Big room, however bare and very poor lighting, gloomy.

L'ensemble du séjour a été plus que parfait. Je recommande à tous. Par contre, sachez que l'hébergement se situe au centre-ville de Nantes tout près de la voie ferroviaire, mais le quartier en soit est incroyablement sale de la nuit tombée. La vue verte la montagne a été plus que jolie mais par contre le trafic et les klaxons se font entendre bien souvent Nous sommes littéralement à quelques minutes voir moins de 4 minutes de la voie ferroviaire et de la gare. Ce qui a été pour nous un élément formidable pour la location

It's a small hotel, but with excellent location and confortable Rooms.

The area is pretty unsafe and difficult. The hotel is decent, need some improvements

Good hotel with clean and comfortable room, an elevator and helpful stuff. The location is very convenient, almost next to the station, but the area was not very good.

Pretty sketchy area outside the hotel. The hotel inside is a bit better, but still pretty dingy.

The hotel was in an excellent position close to the main Naples railway station, which we used on 4 days. The room was kept clean, although we ran out of (very small) toilet rolls on 3 occasions. The doors to the balcony would not open so we could not use it. The hinge to the toilet seat lid broke so we had to leave it up. The soundproofing between rooms was poor. One night an Italian lady had a heated argument over her telephone, which disturbed us for a good half an hour. On another night a cat was wandering up and down the floors, complaining loudly! The receptionist was helpful and rang for a taxi to take us to the airport very early in the morning, which arrived within minutes. Overall, we were happy to stay there.

travelling on a budget i was looking for reasonably priced accommadation close to the centre, hotel eden met my needs, a large comfortable double bed, a bathtub, clean- right next to termini station and walking distance to the old town. i am happy to recommend this hotel

I realy enjoyed the atmosphere of the area. The staff did their best to make me happy and treated me with respect. But, the fridge provided in my room was not working and nobody cared about it. They allowed me to use the staff's fridge downstairs. No liquid soap to wash hands in the bathroom. No facilities to make tea in my room.

Even though not too pleasant because it’s dirty, the area in which Eden Hotel is located is very convenient if your aim is to explore the surroundings of Naples - Pompeii, Capri or the Amalfi coast, because for these destinations the trains are essential. Other than that the hotel is decent, although not exactly perfect, so I actually felt quite well there, especially considering that I spent only the nights there and all the other time I was having day trips around.

I was impressed at the price but had to deduct for maids making noise in the early am and noisy room next door. A good value though. All the things worked. Tv was better than pictured. Terrace wasnt open. I didnt want maid service. No way to tell them. Flushing the toilet was an adventure. Obviously there is street noise.

My stay at Hotel Eden was a disaster from start to finish. The lights in the entrance of my room did not work, casting a dim, unwelcoming gloom over the entire space. Despite complaining at reception, I was met with false promises that the issue would be fixed within an hour. Nobody ever showed up, and the light remained broken for the entirety of my stay. The room reeked of old fabric, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. The surrounding area was equally appalling, filled with homeless people and giving off a very shady vibe. It did not feel safe to walk around, especially after dark. The pictures on the hotel's website are incredibly misleading. They set a standard that the hotel completely fails to live up to. The actual condition of the hotel is far worse than what is portrayed online. Staying on the first floor was a nightmare due to the constant noise from the roads. It was nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep with the incessant traffic noise. The bathrooms were the worst part of the stay. They were filled with limescale and looked like they hadn't been renovated in half a century. The lack of maintenance was evident and completely unacceptable. Overall, this hotel offers absolutely no value for money. It would have been an absolute horror to have booked more than one night. I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Eden. Save your money and find a place that actually cares about its guests.

Please take this off your site. I walked in and walked straight out. Didn’t even spend 5 mins in the room. What’s worse is the hotel aren’t answering so Expedia won’t give me a refund. Absolute rubbish!

I found the staff to be incredible. Couldn’t help me enough. Right across from a Napoli central train station, easy to get metro to other parts of Naples.

The hotel is stated as soundproofed rooms, i dont know what everyone calls soundproof but if it is you can hear the rooms next door doing everything from going to the toilet to what couples do in bed, along with the cars flying by bins being lifted workmen in the hotel then it will be ok for you; but if you want to sleep then steer clear. I plugged a phone charger into the wall and the lights started flickering so i pulled it out and the socket came out of the wall with the plug; uninsulated wires hanging from the fan in the ceiling in the bathroom also, i reported both of these to reception as soon as i got into the room i was told this would be fixed 4 days later we checked out not one thing was looked at; lied to by the staff on top of the hotel being an absolute dump if i could give it zero stars i would. DO NOT STAY HERE!
