Great location, clean room.
I did not like that , they make me pay charges for damaged room key! This was not professional as they are running what supposed to be a hotel with rental apartments mentality!!!
That should not have happened in a hotel like property.

Staff were super nice. They helped us with our luggages given the amount of stairs. The room we had was really small but the AC worked great. The walls were being patched or something since the baseboards and the trimming around the doors looked unfinished and chipped all over. Super small bathroom but clean at least. Pretty close to a lot of shops and food.

Great location ,close to downtown .lot of choices when it gets to dinning and shopping . We felt very safe .the stuff is amazing and very helpful .
The only issue if you stay in the upper floors is there is no elevator

Nice room, clean with all the amenities needed. There is no elevator, so it is 65 steps to get to the third floor. Access to parking is hard and driving in the historic part of the city is difficult, so better to get walking, taxi or public transit.

The hotel is really small. We are a family of 4 and we didn’t even have space to move inside the room. Our king bed was 2 beds together that you can feel the separation in the middle of the nights.

Not too far from the main train station if you don't have heavy luggage to drag. It is on the first floor. There is no elevator. Reception is open from 0800-2000. Out of hours check in and check out has to be pre arranged.
Reception staff is very friendly. You will be welcomed with a broad smile and an espresso. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is contemporary and clean. Most round are on 2nd and 3rd floor.
Choose this for the convenience. River, most attractions, eating places and shopping places are within 1-1.5 km distance.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The hotel was close to the action, easy to find. Checkin was smooth and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The queen bed was two twins pushed together but everything was cozy and clean.
