Ideal little spot in the heart of the city. Close to everything. 10 minute walk to every attraction. It’s simple but perfect for a night or two. And the staff is very nice and helpful.

Really nice staff but they arent there 24 hours. Great recommendations, great price. Close to everything just a little hard to find if you are coming in at night

場所は分かりにくいが観光地に近い。スタッフは英語ができた。部屋は掃除ができていてきれい。ロビーのコーヒーメーカーが壊れていたのは残念。ロビーの冷蔵庫を共同で使えるので朝食用の飲料をいれた。

Clean rooms great staff

Amazing people!! Aldo was amazing and showed us many spots in the city to visit. Very welcoming and amazing place to stay!

The staff were absolutely phenomenal! Andre was responsive, kind, willing to work with us when we took a long day trip, and always friendly. He and another staff member helped us with our heavy bags and they helped us book another night when we wanted to extend our trip. The location was wonderful in accessing Firenze easily. We will stay here again on our next visit!

This hotel was nothing fancy, but it was adequate. The bathroom was the best part. It was very clean. Be prepared to walk up a large flight of stairs to get to your room. There is not desk staff there after 8:00pm, so we checked ourselves in. It would have been fine, except we couldn’t figure out the door lock for our room, at first. The staff person’s English wasn’t very good, so when I called for help, communication was a little tricky. He also seemed like he didn’t care if we could lock our door or not until he could see it the next morning. I was (obviously) not okay with that, so I kept talking to him on the phone until we figured it out. Otherwise, he was very helpful the next day in pointing out local attractions and gave us a fabulous recommendation on a restaurant to try. The hotel was very convenient to many attractions in the area, although Florence is small and very walkable, so most hotels are probably that way.

Gracious and kind host's. Accommodating to changes. Room had all immediate needs like comfortable bed and hot showers.

This hotel was great. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Our adult son was not feeling well and ourbroom was not ready yet. He was so nice and offered him the single room they had available so he can sleep and rest while our room was ready and we can walk around Florence. Everything was very clean snd the room was very soacious. It was within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this place.

Spettacolare! Posizione super strategica in centro, e comunque in via silenziosa. Camere ben arredate e rinnovate, pulite e con tutto il necessario per il pernotto ed il confort. Personale cortese e oltremodo disponibile ad aiutare gli ospiti, specie tre poveri maratoneti che dovevano farsi una doccia calda post-gara! 😂 Consigliatissimo
