We are a couple. Our view through the window was completely perfect, it takes our breath away! we can see clearly Mt. Yotei in nearly, the staff are so nice and give us the best service, the transportation are very easy to catch up as there is a free shuttle bus from Kutchan station to the hotel. It was amazing trip for us.

With a car, moving around was not an issue. Room with great view of Mount Yotei and greenery of the golf course.

We had planned to ski but changed plans due to weather. The location is perfect for ski season with the gondola attached to the hotel (it wasn’t up due to warmer weather) but everything in the hotel from the staff, dinner, breakfast was top notch. You didn’t really need to leave the hotel to do anything.

At first when we enter the room, the arrangment of the bed is different from the shown photos when we booked the room. We booked for 4 person, but the room hotel provided is for 3 persons instead with additional bed located infront of TV w/o proper condition as photos provided. Pillow and balnkets are smelly.

The Hilton Honors breakfast vouchers and dinner vouchers are a must. The location is convenient for snow activities (snowboarding, skiing, snow mobiling, etc.) Their ski valet for boards a s shoes are efficient

The hotel was great, perfect for ski in ski out. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. Especially Amal from the concierge department. He helped arrange transportation for a day trip and was extremely helpful throughout our stay!

By far not meeting (my) expectations about a hotel in Japan. Way too expensive for the outdated rooms, super expensive restaurants for below average service, food quality and experience. Not much to do around the area - most of the people around I noticed were getting the shuttle to Grand Hirafu village. Will definitely not stay here in the future and not recommend.
