溫泉大浴場比較殘舊

入住時，發現房間有菸味，原不以為意看之後味道會不會消散，晚餐結束回到房間，味道仍在，晚上10點多向櫃台反應，櫃台人員協助聯絡清潔或評估更換房間，於晚上11:30通知可更換，非常感謝櫃台服務人員。已是第二次拜訪二世谷希爾頓，仍感到舒適滿足。

飯店設施老舊，緊鄰滑雪場是優點。

I stayed in this hotel 12 years ago, it was in a fine condition. But on Dec 2024 I returned with family and the condition of the hotel become very old and dirty. With us paying about 500 USD per night. This is very disappointing.

很方便滑雪，酒店景色優美， 溫泉很好。

This is the 4th time I stay in Hilton Niseko for my ski trip. The reason why is because I like how convenient it is and most importantly how great the onsen is. HOWEVER, they closed the outdoor onsen this year. And also they failed to educate guest on the rule of using the onsen. So guests now just jump into onsen without taking shower first, talking loudly in the onsen, washing towels in the onsen, and even playing smartphone in the onsen. I would suggest to avoid staying in Hilton until they show significant improvement. There are a lots of better hotel around the area and you shouldn’t choose Hilton

The hotel is at a very perfect location for ski-in & ski-out. I appreciate very much the ski storage arrangement which is organised and efficient. The overall hotel service quality is good. I appreciate the concierge service very much, for instance, I and my husband arrived the hotel at late evening. A young staff (a guy of South Asian decent) was very helpful & proactive to help out and carry our ski equipment & luggage to our room. Appreciated very much.

我們4個人入住，結果只給了2套小朋友睡衣，後來打電話要3套大人睡衣，結果睡衣拿來，但腰帶又沒有；室內溫泉極差，裡面很多漂浮物

The hotel is awesome and convenient for skiing, especially if you are taking lessons from the NV skiing school. There is also direct bus from the Niseko train station and also private bus to new chitose airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. However the room did look a little old. And the shower curtain was not very clean. No bath robe was offered. Overall just some minor issues and it was still a pleasant experience. Would come again for its convenient location.

Overall room cleaning is superb. The room is spacious and clean. BUT ….. one main weak spot. The public onsen need tighter regulation. I saw a man who shaved in the onsen. Some washing bowls have hair left.

很大的飯店，希爾頓的傳統，豐盛的早餐，夏天來很寧靜。

Excellent buffet breakfast with wide varieties. Onsen is nice and spacious too I was traveling at low season so it was quiet. Ski in ski out, next to gondola station, with ski valet service

華麗的大堂讓人印象深刻。房間頗大和舒適，大窗可以看到雪山。日出時去露天風呂可以看到美麗的景色。晚餐自助餐質素很高，非常滿足！早餐時可以看到羊蹄山，食物種類也多。酒店外就是滑雪場，非常方便！整體非常滿意：）
