Lovely hotel right at the front of Lake Kawaguchiko. We arrived at Kawaguchiko station at 3pm and asked the lady at the tourist information how to get there. She surprisingly called the hotel so we can get picked up by the shuttle van! There's a regular shuttle van that goes to Kawaguchiko station every morning, from 7am to 10am. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious! We very much enjoyed the hot spring at the hotel. Would stay here again.

Lovely old fashioned Japanese Hotel. It is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake with Mount Fuji off to the side. Breakfast is worth it do note it is Japanese breakfast - we loved it. Rooms are large for Japan & have everything you need. My Husband enjoyed the onsen which has lovely views and area to sit & relax afterwards. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Kawaguichiko. Thanks to all the wonderful staff. We used shuttle for return to station but as we arrived early we got a taxi to Hotel which cost 800yen for 3 of us

Quite old hotel but charming, with nice views. We stayed in a tatami room and the futon beds were very comfortable! We also benefited from the free shuttle service of the hotel to Kawaguchiko station. Only downside might be the location as there isn’t much around especially at night.Shoutout to the kind, senior gentleman (which I believe was the owner) for helping us contact JR East regarding our lost phone and being so helpful in finding it out. Massive thank you!
