Lovely hotel right at the front of Lake Kawaguchiko. We arrived at Kawaguchiko station at 3pm and asked the lady at the tourist information how to get there. She surprisingly called the hotel so we can get picked up by the shuttle van! There's a regular shuttle van that goes to Kawaguchiko station every morning, from 7am to 10am. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious! We very much enjoyed the hot spring at the hotel. Would stay here again.

到河口湖駅搭路線公車Red line 6號站下，面河口湖，很classic 的日式老飯店，天皇曾住過，有獨特的風格，選擇日式榻榻米房，check in 時床已鋪好，大行李還幫忙送到門口。早餐一定要加價購，每人一個set，豐富美味。check out 時有廂型車提供接送去車站。

The breakfast is good and with a great value for money. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is recently renovated. The shuttle bus is very convenient. Staff is helpful, kind and can speak good English. Great value for money overall.
I give this hotel the highest rating partly because they helped me to recover my forgotten wallet: On my way to airport, I could not find my wallet. As I had careful searched the room before I left, I suspected that it was slipped into the gap underneath one of the beds. I make a call to the hotel asking them to search especially the gaps underneath the beds. They replied shortly with good news. At my request, they sent the wallet to me by registered post and took just the postage fee from the cash in my wallet. They actioned on the same day! Initially, I asked them to send it by courier, and they managed to save money for me. I got my ID card, a stored value transportation card, two credit cards and cash in my wallet. Though I actually cancelled the credit cards, but the recover of the other things and about 50,000 Yen saved me a lot of money and time.
I must express my sincere thanks to the hotel and the staff. They did turn the horrifying ending of my visit into a unforgettable but soothing one.
