I liked having a washer/ dryer but make sure you have Google translate for directions. Very spacious, the beds were somewhat on the harder side, the pillows were very hard, has an elevator. About 10 to 15 minute walk to a station, but Uber came promptly. I would stay here again.

Quick and easy check in. Love the all digital entry. No need for a room card. Good central location for transit and shopping. You are within easy walking distance or just a few train stops away from a lot of shopping at Akihabara, Ueno, and Asakusa. If you’re a runner, I recommend heading down to the Sumida River to start your run. The Tokyo SKYTREE is your backdrop. Having in-suite laundry was so convenient. Love how quiet the machine is. The room comes with a small kitchenette. I was able to cook a few meals after buying grocery from a nearby supermarket. Overall very comfortable and clean room. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The room we stayed at was quite small for 4 people which is what it’s advertised for. We were well aware of what we were going to get from this accommodation. However, the price is somewhat higher for what you’re getting. It definitely has something to do with it being in Akihabara so it’s somewhat understandable. There is a water dispenser in the lobby but for some reason, it was always empty. Otherwise, the amenities are decent and the building is clean.

Very nice apartment style hotel with plenty of room in the family suite we booked. Convenient location for the bustle of Ueno and Akihabara electric town etc but relatively quiet. Very simple check in and out. Not a lot of contact with staff, for stays less than 5nights there is no room service. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is right smack in the middle of three train stations but almost 1km from each. Rooms were clean and laid out exactly like Monday Hotels. Only negative was the pre/check in process. I was unable to check in with the cloud based link provided on the way to Tokyo. When we arrived at the front desk, I was surprised that the attendant had no way of looking up the reservation. He provided a QR code and I had to perform all of the check in procedures online. It was a bit strange but I guess that is the way things are heading with everything done online or via an app.

The location is great. A slight walk to the train station, but kids didn't mind even after a long day because there are stores and food along the way. Safe and cozy neighborhood away for all the hustle. I like that the room is spacious, there's a kitchen and fridge. I didn't mind that there wasn't room service daily nor was there staff available at all times. Would recommend this location. Next time I come back I would look for a Minn property
