Very nice room in a nice building in a great location, staff friendly and nice, beds comfy, good ac, bathroom, kitchen. Only complaints: we were there for 10 nights and on third day we came home and there was a strong odor in the room, reeked of rotten seafood. We did not have seafood in the room. The next two days the door to the room next to ours, which was unoccupied, was left open 24/7 so someone must have left seafood in there when they checked out or something, it rotted and stink up that room and ours. There is no smoking area, which I do not know if that is typical for Tokyo or not, but there easily could have been a smoking station behind the building. Would stay again.

Overall is good, but the location is not close to the subway.

Love this property, well situated, good room amenities.

The hotel was in a quiet area. Easy walking distance to the local train station that was on the Tokyo circle line. It was great to have a washing machine especially on very hot humid days. It was a washer dryer… the clothes were damp but hanged up to dry over night. The shower was powerfully. The kitchen was compact but had everything you needed.

Great Stay. Excellent location. Didn't appreciate having charged extra for 30 mins extra for a 10AM checkout time! Almost all hotels extend late checkout especially for long stay guests. Japan, wake up : )

Location was next to Akihabara

It was a good extended 10-day stay. All needed amenities, clean, with washer/dryer and safe neighborhood. It’s about 10-12 minutes walk from Akihabara Station. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, so if you’re looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay, then Minn is a good place. We would highly recommend it!

Clean room and easy (via Line app) to reach out to staff for assistance. In room Laundry and small appliances (microwave, small toaster, fridge) are very convenient for family to stay. The AC is not powerful enough if you are staying during hot days.

Pros: This accommodation was well suited for our family of four with two teenagers, which is not easy to find in Tokyo. The unit offered enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. Cons: Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not pleasant. A staff member insisted on handling my personal phone to complete the self-check-in process. I was uncomfortable with this and chose to complete the process myself. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The air conditioner was also extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep. In addition, the carpet in the unit did not appear to be clean and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, while the size of the accommodation was a major advantage for families, the cleanliness and check-in experience left room for improvement.

The room was ok until I tried to wipe the surface of the furnishings. All surfaces were not cleaned and my wipes had visible dirt after cleaning each & every piece of furniture even in the bathroom. This is disappointing for a

Good size room with all amenities included with considerations, including lift, washing machine and dryer which is great. Staff is friendly. The only downside is 10 minutes walk from station.

Close to Electric town in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the town but walkable enough to Electric town.

I liked having a washer/ dryer but make sure you have Google translate for directions. Very spacious, the beds were somewhat on the harder side, the pillows were very hard, has an elevator. About 10 to 15 minute walk to a station, but Uber came promptly. I would stay here again.

Room was great! Washer dryer combo very small. But we made it work. Room was exceptionally clean. Separate your trash.

Loved it. Traveled here with my family and we loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. 7/11 and family mart two blocks away. Very reasonable walk to train stations. The price was great.

Our stay was wonderful. It could not have gone any better.

Quick and easy check in. Love the all digital entry. No need for a room card. Good central location for transit and shopping. You are within easy walking distance or just a few train stops away from a lot of shopping at Akihabara, Ueno, and Asakusa. If you’re a runner, I recommend heading down to the Sumida River to start your run. The Tokyo SKYTREE is your backdrop. Having in-suite laundry was so convenient. Love how quiet the machine is. The room comes with a small kitchenette. I was able to cook a few meals after buying grocery from a nearby supermarket. Overall very comfortable and clean room. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

check in was a nightmare, tons of unnecessary questions and forms to fill out. Everything else was fine
