객실의 모든 시설을 둘러보니 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어서 정말 제2의 집 같았습니다. 체크인 절차는 (리셉션 없이) 혼자 진행했습니다. 가족이나 친한 친구와 함께 아키하바라를 방문하려는 모든 분께 이곳을 추천합니다.

A great stay within walking distance from the main attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Akihabara. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and having a kitchen and decent sized fridge were great amenities to have access to.
The stay was generally excellent, however there were some fairly minor issues, such as inconsistencies between room amenities (one of the two rooms had soap in the bathroom while the other didn't, while one room had dish soap but the other didn't), and some property wear-and-tear (mould smell in the shower room that was present when water was not running). There was also a minor issue where I had booked 2 rooms through Expedia, but when checking in, the hotel's booking platform only saw 1 of the rooms. The issue was resolved quickly, but I'm very glad there was a helpful employee present at the front desk to resolve the problem for us while we were checking in.

위치, 방 내부 옵션 모두 너무 좋아요.
다만 이층 침대에서 사용할 이불이 쇼파 서랍장 안에 있었는데, 빨래가 제대로 안된건지 머리카락이며 먼지며 너무 많았어가지고, 털고 빨아서 쓰느라 첫날에 고생을 좀 했습니다.
그리고 방이 좀 건조해서, 밤엔 세탁기에 빨래 돌려서 건조대에 널어놓고 잤습니다.
체크인의 경우 영어나 일본어를 잘 못할 경우 어려울 것 같고, 일본어나 영어를 잘 할 경우엔 별 어려움 없이 가능합니다.
체크 아웃은 QR로 딸깍 한번이면 끝이어서 매우 편합니다.
다음에 재차 도쿄여행을 간다면 이 숙소를 또 이용할 것 같아요.

Good layout, clean room. Separate Toilet, shower, vanity with washing machine. Love it. Washing machine comes with drying function is so convenient. We have some issue with checking in but was resolved. Would prefer daily room cleaning. There is no breakfast or restaurant onsite but many restaurants around. Seven eleven and family mart provide good choice for breakfast.

This is a great mini apartment near Akihabara. The kitchen is well-stocked and the room is spacious.
The front desk is not manned, but you can usually find someone to help with questions and requests.
We had a great time until the last day of a 13 night stay. We had a ton of luggage and asked a staff member to call a taxi for us, a very basic request at an international hotel. They declined and had us download an app, make an account, add payment options, and call our own taxi. We were getting ready to catch a plane, these were not extra steps we needed. I felt like since we were checking out they couldn't be bothered to help us. It definitely left a negative impression for me.

The room was large with a table the guest could sit around. It was also close to akihabara. The anime lovers dream. They also had a place to lock lugage if you arrived before check in time
