Pros:
1. excellent staff service
2. fast and stable internet connection
3. very near to shopping areas, walking distance
4. a lot of eateries in the hotel vicinity
5. hotel has own parking space for customers who are driving
Cons:
1. as an old hotel, quite surprising that the room is not so big
2. no separate toilet and bath
3. there is no separate shower area, need to shower in the bath tub which is a slip risk.

The hotel is very good, the staff were very attentive and has multiple on site facilities, the let down is the Tenjin area which was crowded, noisy and not as clean as other areas I have stayed in.

The front desk agent (Taguchi) during check-in was very unprofessional, a bit rude, he was definitely not calmed, looked agitated. The room was good, breakfast buffet was good as well. The female staff during checkout was nice and helpful.

The service is the best among my 2 week stay in Kyushu (the others are already good). The location is prime and is more preferable than the one I used next to the Hakata station. Rooms are in good size, the only thing that is slightly smaller than expected is the bath.

The room is old, bathroom not clean. I shower in the bathtub but the shower curtain cannot fully cover, water splash out and the drain was clogged. I cannot select A/C mode to Heat or Cold, as it's a central AC, I can only select Low/ Mid/ High. it was a hot day and the heat was on, that made the room so hot, window cannot be opened.
