Nishitetsu Grand Hotel

Clean and comfortable room with very helpful staff. Located conveniently for the metro and with lots of convenient places to eat.

10年前に主人と福岡に行った時に泊まった事がありました。その時とても居心地が良かったです。地下鉄の駅もバスセンターも近いのでとても便利です。また福岡に行く前にお世話になりますね❗

The room was cozy and very clean. The hallway was lighted and safe. The staff including the cleaners were very polite. Certainly, the culture has a big influence on their manners. The hotel was very near to the eateries, shopping malls, and subway. Very good location, even travelling to some tourist attractions. It was a wonderful stay for me!

We had a great stay at Nishitetsu Grand Hotel. The superior triple room was very spacious, perfect for three of us with about seven luggages. The double beds were big enough that we didn’t even need the third (foldable futon sofa bed), so we folded it up & used it as a sofa, which made the room feel even bigger. Definitely one of the more spacious rooms I’ve stayed in Japan. The hotel itself is a bit older, but very clean & well kept. The elevators are fast but close quickly, so you have to move fast with your luggage or risk getting cut off. One downside was the AC, it’s centrally controlled & it got pretty warm. You can call staff to adjust it, which helps, but afterward you can’t really fine-tune the temperature.

I love this hotel so much! It’s a bit outdated but does not really matter. The toiletries are new even if you don’t request room service, they will drop it off outside your door. Brand new towels, toothbrush etc! Also the location is perfect in Tenjin area, close to subway and buses. Bed is comfortable , room is spacious, shower/tub combo was also great. I wish we stayed in Fukuoka longer.

Clean toom

The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help. The hotel location is good , the room size is ok but the toilet has strong smell. It has own parking charge 12000 per night. The reception staff was nice and helpful .

Reception staff are astute and proactive. We arrived early for check in and having to ask, they informed us that they would process check in for us, arrange to have our luggage stored and asked if we could be back at 3pm to pick up our room keys. Rooms are a good size and clean, although the property is dated. Room cleaning is once every 2 days but room amenities, towels are refreshed daily - on non-room cleaning days, they will put these in a bag, which is hung on your door knob. Pillows are small and some may find the mattress hard. Breakfast is great! Loved the onigiri and fresh seafood bowl. Location of hotel is also hard to beat. Very near to the metro, main shopping street and multiple malls, and car rental shops. Overall, this hotel offers good value.

Nice older hotel in a great location. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Easy to get to via the subway.
