I've stayed at Osaka Miyako Marriott each time I stay in Osaka. The hotel has wonderful staff, a good breakfast buffet the room is clean and refrigerator well stocked. I usually use the massage service which they now have gone to call in, or online appointments. Their massage therapists are excellent.

The room was large and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were great and helpful. The view from our room was magnificent. We chose the Miyako Marriott because of the location, which proved true. We enjoyed the stay.

Super convenient to MRT, Shopping and eating options. Had the best views, felt like our room was an observation deck. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is stunning. The room was gorgeous and the service staff was so polite and kind.
I would have given it perfect score except for the parking and transportation access
We took the taxi from the station to the hotel. There were no help at the place we were dropped off which is at the parking area or taxi area.
When we checked out, there was minimal help with getting a taxi to go to the airport with our luggages. We took our luggage down to level 1 and qeued at the taxi line in the streets.
Maybe it was a language issue but we did not have any problem with our other hotels in Japan for this trip
The dining experience was top notched and the room service was great including the breakfast area.
I was disappointed at the glitches but it was a bit annoying as I expect more for this level of Marriott establishment.
The service needs a bit more work on that level but everyone was kind and nice, trying their best but I can see that the workflow has some barriers.

Magnificent skyscraper located in Tennoji train Sation with huge mall fir shopping and dining. The views from all locations of the hotel are wonderful. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want to eat. We had dinner at restaurant on 57th floor and it was amazing experience. Reserve a week in advance for Tapenyaki dining, we there for 3 nights and could not get a reservation, very popular dining.
We participated in the complimentary meditation class and I highly recommended. We learn a lot about breathing, which we take for granted. We totally loved our stay, the facilities, staff and location are excellent.

Loved the sweeping view from our room on the 46th floor. Have never stayed at a hotel with the quickest available elevators! The staff were very quick to provide service. The access to shopping is amazing and had to purchase another suitcase. The hotel was so convenient to return to the room to drop off packages and start all over again. Access to the subway was more than convenient as well as the access to three floors of dining options. There is even a museum on one of the lower floors.
