Great views closed to public transportation on top of the mall on the 19th floor lots of places to eat

This is a hotel with a wow factor - the views are absolutely fantastic but the service and restaurants are very good. You can also venture 15 floors down to see a variety of restaurants, shops and department stores…

The hotel is really nice with the best view of Osaka. Friendly staff. Well located for visiting Osaka (dotonburi, etc) but no so much for day trips as it is 20 to 25 minutes away from Osaka and shin Osaka stations adding that amount of time to any day trip, but it is manageable .

This has to be one of the best hotels in Osaka. We stayed on the 38th floor and the views were spectacular. The lounge service was the best... Highly recommend this hotel..p

Check-in was easy with the exception of when I presented my credit card being repeatedly asked if it was a credit card or a debit card. Even after I confirmed twice that it was a credit card. I found that insulting! Room was nice, clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast offers a variety of options that were very well created.

All the staffs were very pleasant & delightful, There is USB outlet near headboard of bed but there's no electric AC outlet near the bed. So, We asked for electric extension cord & they brought us extension cord & ADAPTOR within 5 minutes. Location is excellent. Hotel building is connected to Tennoji JR station West Exit. No worries of getting wet from rain. Our room was on 45th floor & view was incredible. Also there is large super market in the basement of the building with huge food court surround supermarket. We really enjoyed staying at Mariott Osaka.

The views from every single part of this hotel are spectacular. The rooms are also very spacious and high-end. This hotel felt like a dream. Absolutely spectacular.

Our room had an amazing view to the city (room 4108). Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room carpet was dirty and smelt of cigarette. Breakfast was very poor, very limited choices for westerners. Better to eat out.

Osaka Marriott Miyako offers incredible panoramic views of Osaka and a very convenient location directly connected to a mall, which was honestly one of the best parts of the stay. Having easy access to shopping and affordable dining nearby was appreciated, especially since the in-room dining prices were extremely high. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel particularly warm or luxurious. The check-in area was crowded and chaotic, and the process took far too long as new hires appeared to be training during peak check-in hours. After a long journey, the atmosphere felt more stressful than welcoming. Breakfast was also disappointing. The lineup was so long that I was unable to eat there, and the vegetarian/vegan selection felt limited for an international hotel of this calibre. While the hotel is modern and the views are spectacular, the room furniture and overall layout feel somewhat dated and lack warmth or personality. The property feels more corporate than luxurious. Overall, a convenient hotel with amazing views, but the service experience and atmosphere did not fully match the premium pricing or brand expectations.

We enjoy this hotel which is near the Tennoji station. It is clean, located near shopping and dining, has in room massages that have been excellent. Their breakfast buffet is great. Their staff are wonderful.

The location was fantastic if you wanna be close to shops and restaurants and shopping and transportation and lively crowds. The staff as almost always in Japan were highly professional and respectful. Housekeeping was great and very clean. I'll stay again.

Nice hotel close to the metro , shopping and dining. Excellent staff. Food at breakfast, they had homemade omelets, good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. They have an in room massage that I usually partake in. I'll be back

This was a fantastic stay. The room was exceptionally spacious for Japan and very comfortable, and the views were outstanding and truly memorable. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and high end atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent experience and a standout property during the trip.
