Lovely hotel that is conveniently located above the subway. Shopping and restaurants a few steps away. Staff is wonderful and polite.Breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices and a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is very clean and bed is quite comfortable.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I arrived at around 11pm and was shocked to find no staff at all at the lobby on Basement 3. I had to drag my luggage all the way up to Level 19 just to check in. Even after that, no one bothered to offer any help with my luggage or show me to my room. But what made the experience even worse — and honestly frightening — was that the hair dryer in my room was faulty and even sparked fire when I turned it on. I could have been seriously injured. This is a serious safety hazard, and it shows a complete lack of maintenance and quality control. In addition, I tried to contact the hotel via Expedia platform. However, no one replied even after several message and reminder. It sucks. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be five stars. The level of service was far below basic expectations, let alone luxury standards. My experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and frankly infuriating. I will definitely not recommend your hotel to anyone, and I hope you seriously review your service standards.

Wonderful room, friendly staff and stunning views of Osaka.

A Wonderful Stay at the Osaka Marriott Our stay at the Osaka Marriott was truly excellent. We were given a room on the 46th floor, and the view was absolutely beautiful—an amazing panorama of the entire city. Waking up to such a stunning skyline every day was one of the highlights of our trip. The service was also very good. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained. Everything felt fresh, organized, and simply fantastic, adding even more comfort to our stay. The hotel is extremely convenient and very centrally located. We loved that from the hotel we had easy access to many nearby attractions, including temples, parks, and even the zoo. Its location made it possible to visit many areas of Osaka just by walking, which added so much enjoyment and simplicity to our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. Staying here makes it incredibly easy to explore the city and discover so many wonderful places. It was truly a great experience, and we would definitely stay again.

Room was excellent, and staffs are very nice. View was breathtaking. It was expensive, I cannot lie, but willing to comeback when I plan for another trip to Osaka

Love the location as it is next to Tennoji Train Station - a main hub for public transport. The HARUKA Express Train can take you to airport less than an hour. Kintetsu Department Store and many restaurants are in the next building. It is also connected to MIO, a popular shopping centre. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff on all levels are efficient and polite. Breakfast is good. This was our third stay at Osaka Marriott Miyako. We will surely pick it again..

Absolutely incredible hotel. Lobby on the 19th floor will floor to ceiling glass gives you 360 degree views of Osaka. Views from the room are just as incredible. Top of luxury with amazing and friendly staff. Will be staying here again when I come back to Osaka.
