I recently stayed at your hotel and had a great experience. The service, amenities, and overall atmosphere were excellent. However, I noticed that the pool water could be clearer, and I believe it could be maintained a bit better for an even better guest experience.

Had a wonderful stay. The management was considerate allowing us to bring our bikes up into the room. The room was spacious and comfy. Great service.

Overall it was a stay that was value for money, room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and pillows. Breakfast spread was also pretty good, roti prata was excellent although other items like chee cheong fun could be improved.
We did have issues with one room key card which we tried to get fixed on the second night, however that made things worse as our door lock seemed to stop working altogether. We tried getting housekeeping to help but the issue wasnt resolved until the next morning when we informed the front desk again.
Do also note parking it's chargeable at 15rm for the 2 night stay.

Got sick after the 2 nites stay due to the noisy aircon blowing cold air from above the bed directly to you when you sleep. Unable to sleep due to noisy aircon sounding like a jet engine even after switching to quiet mode.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and although there were some hiccups here and there, the staff was very friendly, fast, efficient and full of empathy when we voiced out for help multiple times regardless of the time. They made sure that we felt well taken care of and that our concerns were valid and valued throughout the entire stay.
I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit Desaru in the future!
