I recently stayed at your hotel and had a great experience. The service, amenities, and overall atmosphere were excellent. However, I noticed that the pool water could be clearer, and I believe it could be maintained a bit better for an even better guest experience.

Overall it was a stay that was value for money, room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and pillows. Breakfast spread was also pretty good, roti prata was excellent although other items like chee cheong fun could be improved. We did have issues with one room key card which we tried to get fixed on the second night, however that made things worse as our door lock seemed to stop working altogether. We tried getting housekeeping to help but the issue wasnt resolved until the next morning when we informed the front desk again. Do also note parking it's chargeable at 15rm for the 2 night stay.

Got sick after the 2 nites stay due to the noisy aircon blowing cold air from above the bed directly to you when you sleep. Unable to sleep due to noisy aircon sounding like a jet engine even after switching to quiet mode.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and although there were some hiccups here and there, the staff was very friendly, fast, efficient and full of empathy when we voiced out for help multiple times regardless of the time. They made sure that we felt well taken care of and that our concerns were valid and valued throughout the entire stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit Desaru in the future!

Our go to hotel when we are in Desaru. We love Four points! Alot of dining options, near grocery store and the staff and service is excellent!

Hotel was clean and staffs were pleasant and kind. A comfortable stay for a family of 4. Walking distance to minimarts and supermarket around the area. A few eating places at walkable distance as well.

The service standard of the hotel staff is up to the standard expected of Marriott Bonvoy branding. Only on 2 aspects which I think the hotel can do better. (a) There is no air conditioning at the corridor outside the hotel rooms throughout the 3-day stay. I'm unsure if it has malfunctioned or was shut down due to maintenance or to save energy. This has caused some discomfort to the hotel guests and I have never encountered such an issue at other hotel chains. (b) There should be a proper shower screen seal strip provided at the shower screen to prevent water from splashing out to the dry area within the toilet. The current setup will cause inconvenience to the guests.

We had to wait 50 mins in line to check in and only got our room at 5pm. Later we found out that the next day is a public holiday (Yang di-Pertuan Agong's birthday Holiday) which could be why the hotel was overwhelmed with local tourists and were short handed. Rooms were quite huge. Breakfast spread was quite good and the roti canai was one of the best hotel live stations that I’ve had! They had a wide variety of breads too. This hotel is 10-mins drive from the Desaru Adventure Waterpark and is within walking distance to a supermarket and many other F&B options.
