I rented a Deluxe room. The room was a bit small, but it met basic needs. It took about 15 minutes from the hotel to the city center. It was reasonable for the money.

The room was quite good, with room for four suitcases. The staff was also very nice and friendly. It's just a shame the shower leaked a bit, and the bathing area was a bit cramped. The room wasn't very soundproof. The other rooms were so noisy that it could be heard in my room.

food needs to be improved, menu type and cleanliness

Nice place. Maybe because it's new, there's no towel hanger, but overall it's good. If I get the chance, I'd love to return to this hotel again. The male staff were very nice and friendly. We were also allowed to store our luggage after check-out. Thank you.

Hotel was shabby, I found a small cockroach in my room... the toilet doesn't look too clean... the towel has a bad smell... The hotel advertised parking facility but they do not have it... In fact there is no public parking directly in front or beside the hotel, I had to park quite far and mind you the roadside public parking at KL city centre is expensive ... the only benefit was the location and the price for my stay was cheap...

The hotel is good but the location is far from central.

The room is ok, clean and new. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly, the hotel has an elevator for convenient movement. Although there is no storage room, the staff still allows you to leave your luggage in the lobby, so it is convenient if you want to walk a little more before going to the airport.

Honestly, it's quite a long walk to Alor, Pavilion, and other places. The room was clean during our 6-day stay. On the 4th day, the room was cleaned, and the sheets, mat, and towels were changed. That was because we requested it, as they only tidied the sheets without replacing them. There were a few small cockroaches on the bed and on the dressing table. However, for three people, the room was spacious enough. Note: I booked a room without breakfast.

Please pay attention to the water problem, you have to hold it in even if you want to defecate because the toilet is broken and the water won't come out!! It's really bad.

Woke up to no running water at all — right after using the toilet. The hotel blamed a “government issue,” but here’s the real issue: no heads-up, no proper backup plan, no empathy. They gave bottled water only after I complained. Meanwhile, the floor dispensers weren’t even filled — the most obvious, minimal preparation they could’ve done. And to make things worse, there’s no phone in the room, so if you need help you have to ride the elevator up and down just to speak to reception. Instead of an apology, I got an annoyed look from the receptionist. That tells me everything I need to know about the hospitality standard here. This hotel doesn’t understand that guests don’t care whose “fault” it is. We care about how you handle it. A simple notice, stocked dispensers, or even a genuine apology would have gone a long way. Until they learn the basics of service and communication, I’d strongly suggest staying elsewhere. Funny how I seemed to be the only guest complaining — which makes me wonder if it was really a ‘government issue’ or just poor management hidden behind a convenient excuse.

Unfortunetly Water heater fail , so there is no hot water for shower
