The must-stay hotel when you go to JB 🖤. Everything is easy, the staff were friendly, the room is clean and super comfy. The hotel is linked with a mall so you can buy or eat without going anywhere far.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, regardless of their nationality. They knew how to serve and communicate well with other staff, so I didn't have to wait long for my booking to be confirmed. The key was speed and comfort. If I wasn't satisfied with the room, the staff quickly offered an upgrade. This was the most impressive service I've had so far. Thank you.

It was an interesting experience staying at this hotel. My first experience staying in Johor Bahru. The hotel facilities are very complete, the room size is quite spacious, the food has many variations, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very helped by the night shift hotel reception staff (female) who provided detailed information about the departure process from JB Central to Woodland Check Point in Singapore, because this was my first experience coming to Johor Bahru via Singapore. I really appreciate it 🙏🙏👍👍

The hotel is beautifully located between the Pelangi and KSL areas, making it extremely convenient. Although the property is a little dated, the room itself is well furnished, comfortable, and clean, with a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. Comfortable and clean hotel. I stayed in room 203, the room was big with a window. It was very pleasant to rest peacefully. Clean bathroom. Strong shower water, there is a bidet and jet shower in the toilet. Complete amenities. Soft bed and soft pillows. Eat Saur ala carte which is a menu that suits the Indonesian tongue. The location is outside JB Sentral but there are 2 KSL malls and Plaza Plangi. Behind the hotel there is a food court. I will stay again if I have a business trip in Spore.

I had a pleasant stay at Kingston Hotel 7 Johor Bahru. Overall, everything was good. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were adequate, and the hotel was conveniently located. The staff were also friendly, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The only downside was that breakfast was not provided, so guests need to find food outside the hotel in the morning. However, this was not a major issue because there are still food options nearby. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and practical place to stay in Johor Bahru.
