The receptionist named Aisyah was very friendly and helped me when I asked questions.

There were five of us, two adults and three children. The room was very spacious, with a bedroom with a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and a sofa bed. There was a washing machine so we could do laundry, a microwave, and a stovetop. The amenities were complete. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Hotel Royal Signature was outstanding from start to finish. The Executive Suite (got a room with a view of 118 Tower), Executive Plus, and Executive King rooms were modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, delivering true 5-star comfort. The executive lounge was another highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. A special mention goes to the thoughtful honeymoon setup arranged in the Executive King room, which created a memorable and romantic experience for the newlyweds. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Special thanks to Arif (Reservations), Justin and Amir (Reception), and Pei (Executive Lounge) for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The only area with room for improvement would be the buffet breakfast and in-room dining menu. While the selection was decent, we felt the overall taste and quality of some dishes could be enhanced to better match the hotel's otherwise exceptional 5-star standards. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Royal Signature for family gatherings, celebrations, special occasions, or a luxurious city stay. We look forward to returning.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower was okay, easy access to the Pasar Seni LRT (just a short walk), lots of legendary food around the hotel, close to Central Market and Petaling Street. It was a pleasure!

Comfortable hotel located in front of a mall so it's easy to get basic necessities. It is also near an LRT station so it is easy to navigate to places. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

The hotel's location is strategic and quiet, between Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. Near KK minimarket and 7Eleven, also Plaza Rakyat LRT station. It has a drop off area so it's safe to get on and off Grab. The room is very clean and well-maintained, with a bonus of getting a direct view of the Merdeka 118 tower. The bathroom is clean, the water heater works well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early because there were rooms available. This is the second time my family and I have stayed at The Robertson Kuala Lumpur. It's close to Pudu Station, Jalan Alor, and Petaling Street, all within walking distance. The unit I booked also came with a variety of cooking and laundry equipment, making it easy to spend time with my family. If I ever return to Kuala Lumpur, I'll definitely stay here again. 👍
