I had a wonderful stay at the accommodation. Normally, I'm using hotels/apartments outside Bukit Bintang, but for the first time, I stayed nearby Bukit Bintang. The check-in experience was smooth and fast. I made the payment already via app, so the only payment needed to be done at check-in was the deposit via credit card. The staff and the security were also full of hospitality, so great experience! After that, I went to the unit. I booked a 1BR via app, and it was spacious and the unit was complete with all the necessities. It was clean and had daily cleaning services. I would totally recommend it if you wanna stay nearby Bukit Bintang. It was a small 10 min walk to Pavillion or the famous Jalan Alor street. Cheers!

The location is very strategic, right in front of the Kampung Baru LRT. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Twin Towers via the Saloma Link bridge. At night, there's a night market along Kampung Baru, providing plenty of food options. There's also a swimming pool with a view of the Twin Towers.
Highly recommended for a family stay when traveling to KL.

The housekeeping staff are friendly and make our room clean and feel fresh every day. Did not try the foods in the hotel as there are many choices of foods in Bintang areas. There are massage shops and money exchanges nearby this hotel. I will book this hotel again.

Totally 5 star service. We arrived in the middle of the night and the team arranged late self check in for us free of charge. The instructions as to how to check in were comprehensive and easy to follow—even a little video showing it all! The room was beautifully clean and super comfortable. Amazing hot shower, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff including the security staff. Gorgeous pool and gym, and right across the road from Gleneagles Hospital. I would happily stay here again.

The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. We stayed at M Resort & Hotel KL for a short family staycation, and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and super clean. The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is located within walking distance to many attractions. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur was next door, KLCC and Bukit Bintang connected on the walkway as well. The room was also clean and well maintained. Would love to stay here again!
