I had a wonderful 2D1N stay at PARKROYAL Penang. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially loved the beachfront location and relaxing pool area. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay—I would definitely come back again!

The staff were really good. Very fast response, got complimentary cake as requested. My kids enjoyed their time being there and refused to go home. Will repeat again.

Great view from any corner room, whether left or right. The staff from top to bottom are very friendly and kind. Although the breakfast is vegetarian, it is very delicious and varied. Strategic location, to Adventist Hospital is very close, just across the street. To the famous Welling drug store is also very close, a 5-minute walk. There is also a Catholic church before the Welling store. And if you want to eat Ay Hai Nam, the famous Sim Nan Huat is also close, a 5-minute walk. Overall, highly recommended. If you want KFC, there is also a mini mart next to the hotel.

The hotel is clean, spacious bathroom. The hostesses received a warm welcome and were extremely enthusiastic. He has instructions for good restaurants and shopping districts for convenience. From the hotel you can walk to the bus stop, go to the beach, the night market or the food court is very close.
