It's great to know and stay at this hotel.
The location is strategic, close to shopping places (sogo, mydin, haniffa, sevel, speedmart etc.) Also close to tourist attractions (merdeka square, sultan abdul samad building, jamek mosque, indian mosque) and most importantly not far from jamek mosque station.
The hotel atmosphere is calm, the staff is friendly and the price is cheap. InsyaAllah will stay at this hotel again when visiting KL.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower was okay, easy access to the Pasar Seni LRT (just a short walk), lots of legendary food around the hotel, close to Central Market and Petaling Street. It was a pleasure!

The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

This hotel is really good for its price! The location is really good, the LRT station is only 3 minutes away by walking and it's close to most of the tourist attractions. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely excellent!

I had a really great experience staying in My City Hotel because the room was clean, especially the bathroom was superb: clean with good light and comfortable... The extra was it's near the MRT of Masjid Jamek (just a few steps), there were so many food stalls around it, just a few meters from Mydin and Haniffa to buy Beryl's chocolate, coffee, teabags as a gift from Malaysia, and near Masjid Jamek and other tourism spots (could be reached on foot easily).

The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The family room was clean and comfortable for four people. Suitable for families and groups. The location is in front of the Petaling Street gate. Next to the hotel is a KK Mart (like Indomaret and others), Texas Chicken, and Hiro (a souvenir shop). It was a good experience even though we only stayed for a few hours because we checked out early in the morning.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The view was amazing, and the proximity to KL Sentral had me sold. Beyond expectation given the price of a night stay. Perfect for getting some rest before/after travelling to/from KL Sentral.

It's within walking distance to Petaling Street, with plenty of Malay food along the street next to the hotel. I've stayed here several times. Breakfast is comprehensive, and seniors get a discount.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It provides great value for money considering its prime location near Pasar Seni Station Hub (LRT/MRT/Bus Hub), which gives you easy access to everywhere in KL.
Unlike the noisy Bukit Bintang area, the vibe here is quiet and very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.
The surrounding area is a foodie's paradise; you're surrounded by aesthetic cafes and legendary culinary spots. It's the perfect blend of old-school charm and modern convenience.
I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
