Room , staff the only good was the breakfast

Hotel is in great location. Walking distance to pretty much all of downtown. Parking was free and right across street. Only issue is was that rhey charged me $220 pesos to give me room 1hr early. Our flight was changed and we arrive early morning 630am. We went straight to hotel to leave our luggage and to see if possibly can do early check in they said to come back at 12pm once people start checking out. We did and I would see cleaning crew finishing room after room and I kept asking if they had a room available for early check in as we were exhausted lady kept telling me no until I told her i was willing to pay as we hadnt slept in 24hrs. She changed her answer and said yes if i would pay they would give me a room now. This has never happened before we travel often and every hotel has always given us room early if available never tried to charged us. Not even 1 hr early where they willing to give us room they made us pay

Clean room

The Real Alma hotel is in an excellent location close to the city activities shopping and people. The staff is courteous and helpful and the buffet breakfast on the rooftop is great way to start the day.

Had an excellent stay. Clean rooms. Pretty hotel. Helpful and kind staff. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning.

Cozy and comfortable hotel. Very clean and staff was very nice and friendly ready to help you with any questions.

God price, nice room. Buffet breakfast was good. Only problem was they told me the taxi they called was going to be 300 pesos, the driver wanted 400.

Engaging staff. Very clean. Beautiful rooftop patio. But, lots of street vehicle noise and one front desk staffer that tried to charge me for a dirty towel. He also arranged a taxi that I think he profited from.

El hotel no es nada como muestran las fotos, es un hotel que tiene las sabanas y tollas muy percudidas un ruido tremendo tanto en la calle como en el lobby , la comida muy escasa y muy limitada no ponen comida para tipo buffet se vacean las charolas de comida y no quieren poner mas por si acaso no alcanzaste , no tienen buena ventilacion y tienen un olor feo y con mucho mojo en el baño, no lo recomiendo

Staff was wonderful! From the reception, cleaning staff and the cafe. However, we would have appreciated some drawers for our clothes, a small refrigerator or an ice bucket at least and we had issues with the hot water and we had to recharge the key card every other day.

Friendly service, clean room, good price. Location okay - easy walk to major attractions. Some of the amenities run down (ex. Towels with hole) but overall good stay for the price

Nice Hotel. I really liked that everything was in walking distance. Only downside was our shower drain was clogged

Upon arrival and throughout our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a simple yet delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel is quick walk from the city center and many other must see locations.
